Pedro Estrada como jefe del SEBIN de la época. La Venezuela democrática se la echó al hombro Rómulo Betancourt, y Leoni, y los adecos originarios. Todo los logros que alcanzamos fueron obra de Acción Democrática y Caldera 1, más Luis Herrera que construyó el Teresa Carreño y continuó construyendo el METRO DE CARACAS.
