On January 6, 2021, I briefed Ulrich Brechbuhl, Counselor to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, inside a secure State Department SCIF about the 2020 stolen election. No phones. No computers. No electronics. Paper only. For several hours, I walked through forensic evidence. This was not about anything abstract. It was always about fake ballots. I showed him: ➔ Ballot run manipulations, ballot mapping schemes, who printed them, how they were shipped, routes they traveled, and how they were counted. ➔ Assignment of fake ghost ballots to registered voters through inflated QVF records. ➔ Variants of subversion, error rates and remediation patterns. ➔ Ballot anomalies, including off-site printing, irregular formatting, oversized internal blocks, and side marker manipulations. ➔ System vulnerabilities, including anonymous external connections with elevated privileges and hardcoded passwords such as "12345678." Page after page. Data. Analysis. Forensics. And we talked about a guy named "Ben Smyth." He knew. I was later indicted by Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel because I filed a lawsuit in Antrim County in 2020. One of her prosecutors told me directly that I was charged because I "started the train rolling." This is lawfare. And it was used to silence me. The story is not being told by Michigan media. That is about to change. @POTUS @TulsiGabbard @jsolomonReports @WillCainShow @DaveBondyTV @Th_Midwesterner @Charlieleduff @MrJustinBarclay @mattgaetz

Sorry @dananessel, but your office has done it again, and again, and again. Read the COA opinion. Your office invented a new crime by rewriting the statute and adding elements the Legislature never enacted because it fit your political agenda. Then you found a judge willing to go along with it and approved an illegal jury instruction that does not track the actual statute. That is why you keep losing. Political prosecutions built on invented legal standards eventually collapse. You are a political hack. And that is why your office will be sued.
Today, the Michigan COA unanimously reversed the conviction of Joseph Morrison, a Munith man convicted in 2022 of providing material support for terrorist acts, gang membership, and felony firearm for his role in the plot to kidnap Gov. Whitmer. More at go.mi.gov/571782663

This is prosecutorial and judicial misconduct. Once again we see prosecutors invent the law they want instead of following the statute. Then, the judge (as so often happens) simply defers to the prosecutor's theory rather than the plain language of the law. The result is an illegal jury instruction crafted to secure a conviction. This violates due process, and will continue until the Court of Appeals sanctions prosecutors and judges for misconduct, they are disbarred, or the Legislature eliminates the sweeping immunity that shields government actors from accountability.
A three-judge appellate panel vacated the conviction of a man alleged to have provided aid in a 2020 plot to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. Kidnapping, as defined by Michigan law, cannot be used to underpin a terrorism-related conviction, the panel said. detroitnews.com/story/news/p…

"The mistake I made was thinking the rules would be enforced . . . [and] trusting that once . . . the reliability was called into question, that there would be an honest effort to call that out and try to fix it." I think she's talking about the 2020 election.
Integrity. Courage. Accountability. That’s what the Common Sense Coalition PAC is about — bringing reason back to Michigan politics.

I heard @JocelynBenson is still in charge of counting the ballots in her race for Gov'na. Is that still true? LOL 😜

With the way judges in Michigan are using AI to write opinions these days, they have no need to stay sober. #OneCourtOfJustice

.@mrddmia I think @HarmeetKDhillon should investigate every case where supporters of @POTUS were selectively and vindictively targeted. Equal justice requires no less.
🚨JUST IN🚨 Mike Davis has sent a criminal referral to @HarmeetKDhillon urging the DOJ to investigate the Colorado officials who targeted Tina Peters. @mrddmia's letter comes after Peters was just recently pardoned by the Colorado Governor. Peters will be freed today.

And now we have at least one judge in Michigan using AI to write her opinions, misquoting cases and misattributing quotations. And the chief judge says "it's fine."

Hey @WinnieBrinks, maybe you can invite your girl boss @DanasFlask to your cookout and talk about what actual political persecution looks like. For me and my friends, we will be talking about this over story over the weekend 👇
Senate Majority Leader Winnie Brinks on the House property tax package that passed last night: "Now House Republicans have something to brag about at their Memorial Day cookouts: Defunding schools."

Today is a victory for honesty and integrity in elections. We are pleased that John James will have to rework his campaign in order to finally comply with the law. Congrats to @mdeperno and @PJQualityGuru!

🚨 BREAKING 🚨 DOJ’s @ASGWoodward has SUED DC Bar Association officials for politically targeting Jeff Clark. This is BIG. Great work by Stanley Woodward and well deserved support for our friend. No more targeting Trump lawyers just because you don’t like their politics!!

This morning @mdeperno defeated the John James campaign in court. Perry Johnson won the injunction stopping the James campaign from continuing to break the law with the deception that James is some sort of defacto nominee or incumbent. He is not. He is a two-time statewide loser who cost Republicans up and down the ballot in 2018 and 2020.

A Michigan judge just dealt another blow to the narrative surrounding election transparency. Rep. Jay DeBoyer says the recent court ruling dismissing felony charges tied to 2020 election equipment access exposes major problems with how the state has handled transparency, public records, and political prosecutions. Meanwhile, Attorney General Dana Nessel continues facing accusations of weaponizing government against political opponents while powerful insiders appear protected. At the center of the fight: • Refusal to turn over election training materials • Legislative subpoenas ignored • Civil contempt findings • Questions about election oversight and accountability • Growing concerns about selective enforcement of justice in Michigan No matter your politics, government transparency should matter to everyone. When citizens, lawmakers, and courts have to fight this hard just to obtain records and answers, trust in government erodes even further. #justiceforbettyhayes #AbuseOfPower #estatetrafficking #probatecorruption

Five years ago, questioning election results was called "subverting democracy." We were smeared as "election deniers." Now it's fashionable for a bougie Oakland County county-club Karen to challenge election results while sipping champagne with her socialite friends at fundraiser brunches. @KarenMcDonaldMI

Hey @BarbByrum 👋 and @KarenMcDonaldMI check this out. @mich_enjoyer and @Stainless31 are talking about how @MichiganDems stole the convention from you. What are you going to do about it? Well done Jay. More focus on @dananessel's hypocrisy. What say you @DanasFlask?

Most decent people, by definition, view the liberation of these Ridglan beagles as a feel-good story. They were bred to live short lives of sadistic (and utterly gratuitous) government-funded experiments, then unceremoniously killed, and instead now are living as dogs should. But this is because activists spent years working for this outcome, often arrested and even investigated by industry-controlled FBI and state legislatures as terrorists. They deserve immense credit and respect for their success.
Running circles is way more fun when you're out of a Ridglan cage! And your new brother teaches you how to play! (Turn sound on for the squeak!)

I have confirmed today with a person who attended the @MichiganDems endorsement convention: 1. They used an app called "Election Buddy" which allowed people to register multiple people using the same email address. 2. Large groups of people in the same sections had the same "access code" that was used to vote. 3. Internally, the Democratic party is discussing switching their candidates. 4. It was the "Bernie Bros" who took over the party and rewrote the convention rules to allow anyone to vote so long as they registered with the party 30 days in advance. 5. Internally, party members have still not been shown the results. The Democratic convention was exploited. It was a fraud.

6. At least one person registered multiple people using fake email addresses but with the same telephone number. That person received the same access code for each registration and was able to vote multiple times.
