While his claim to be “a stable genius” never had credibility, Trump has indeed earned the “King of Debt” title. Republicans’ “dine and dash” strategy – running up a tab for a massive feast by the wealthiest one-percent and then dodging the bill to cover it, is surely a new low.

It's the second congressional hearing on the shadow docket. Back in February, a House Judiciary panel also examined the issue.

This is absurd! Kill it already! It can be done in reconciliation, by simply tying it to the debt.
