In Dec 2022 I interviewed Mnyaka Sururu Mboro (pic) and @konradinkunze in the Dekoloniale room in Berlin’s Wilhelmstraße 92, which is about where in 1884/85 the Berlin Africa Conference took place. Now the decolonial initiatives lose that room. The lease will not be renewed. 1/2

As we end this year, we challenge institutions that have promised and failed us when it comes to restitution to take 2025 as their year of “true repentance”.
You haven't only failed us as Nso people, you have failed the German community as well. You have and keep depriving fellow citizens of their rights not to be perpetrators.
We call on @GermanyDiplo and @MINAC237 to find a common ground for restitutions to happen as soon as possible!
