Moved my content vault out of Notion and into Obsidian this month. Just a folder of markdown files now.
Vault opens in 8ms instead of 800. Search is grep. Backup is git.
Notion stays alive for my Claude routines. Different jobs, different tools š
I am the only user of this stack. I made the call for me. Worth it.

Last week: the marketing dashboard finally reads straight from the local markdown vault, no DB, no API gymnastics.
š§± The thing slowing me down: self-hosting the scheduler keeps fighting back and the image host eats every other upload š
working on it.
šÆ This week: pushing marketing on every channel AND shipping the next version of the app with the local agents team š two ships, one week.
