📣 Leaders, your visibility and empathy are crucial right now! In light of the distressing, racist attacks across the country, it's essential to support staff and communities actively. You play a key role in creating a more inclusive and supportive environment.

Please share this link with journalists & editors, at Women’s Aid we run workshops on our media guidelines on reporting domestic abuse, which you can download here. There is also a link to the @we_level_up guidelines on reporting domestic homicides. womensaid.org.uk/about-us/pr…
Can we once and for all dispense with this tedious "But he always took the bins out and said hello" commentary, as if there was a contradiction here that needed explaining. Violent men ARE "nice guys". They're nice to everyone but the women they abuse. That's the whole point.

👏🏼 the most inspirational day.
The incredible @GeorgeFielding1 telling it exactly the way it needs telling in his own inimitable style. We requested it to be in the manifesto and now we must campaign it into existence! #MinisterForYoungPeople

Strengthening the messaging to ensure that there is a balance between support and deterrence is key for our Phoenix Team. Great to be with the team discussing and sharing experiences to improve together.
It was great to spend some time with the #Phoenix team today! Alistair and @milliegant1 from the #VRN worked with the team on #support and #deterrence messaging to participants. A tricky but important balance to strike!

The show covered issues in a real and honest insight into how services can help or hinder! Loved spending time with you all!
What an outstanding show. Following the true story of Jacob, who threw a single punch that ended another man's life. The decisions to use restorative justice shows just how impactful community services can be for victims, offenders and their families @TP_LLR @VR_Network

A group from @leicspolice family watched the captivating and compelling PUNCH last night. A true story of guilt and redemption. It’s a sell out but you can read the book ‘right from wrong’ by Jacob Dunne.

Small steps but much needed progress that will directly improve the journey within the justice system. Thank you 🙏🏼
A historic moment for victims in this country, as the #victimsbill passes in the final hours of Parliament. Victims now have a stronger voice in the justice system. There are still gaps & much work to do to ensure meaningful change for all victims. But for today, it’s a big win!
