Hey @AsdaServiceTeam, how about employing people who can actually pick the items I order - 1 item damaged and 2 items wrong (not substitutes). When you rely on delivery, wrong items being sent isn't a case of "I'll get it elsewhere." Service has gone downhill

Well done @BritishGas. Getting my smart meters fixed/replaced. Told the job would take up to 2 hours. 3.5 hours later & they still arent working!!

So I thought I read on @MartinSLewis email that Halifax fixed remortgages could be as low as 3.75% if you had a low LTV. I've just contacted them & they said that's only for variable & tracker mortgages.

So @matalan cancel my order, so I reorder. Then lose that package. Their suggestion to "just reorder" ... now the discounts have expired. Not good enough

Dear @RoyalMail Why do you bother with delivery requests to then ignore them? Desperately needed medication I asked to be left with a neighbour is now back at the depot. WHY?!
