We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Ben Morea (1941-2026), one of the most profound, courageous, and singular comrades to emerge from the 1960s revolutionary movement.
Ben Morea lived art and politics as one – no compromise. Through Black Mask & UAWMF, he turned culture into confrontation. He didn’t just resist the system; he built beyond it. His legacy: refuse passivity. Close the gap. Keep building. Rest in power.
