10 years ago today Wandsworth Radio went live for the very first time. What started as a dream to give our community a voice has grown into something truly extraordinary @ThisisRiverside The past decade has been full of unforgettable memories and I'm so proud we've managed to build a beautiful family of passionate people united by a love for local radio and our amazing part of London. To everyone who has been part of this stunning journey whether you joined us in the early days in the studio above the charity shop at Wandsworth Radio, found your voice in the bunker at the DRCA or joined Riverside Radio recently, if you've tuned in as a listener or appeared as a guest - Thank you. You’ve been the heartbeat of this station, and it wouldn’t be what it is today without you. I’m so proud of what we’ve built together and of all the incredible people who’ve gone on to achieve so much in the industry after their time with us. Your success is a testament to the talent and dedication the station has nurtured over the years.
