I’ve noticed a few common phrases appearing from some students when they are corrected for breaking a school rule.
“It’s not that deep” or “It’s just…”
It’s not about being “deep.”
It’s about respect, responsibility, and the standards that help everyone learn.
We have a responsibility to hold the line and explain why it doesn’t meet our school expectations.
