I've been working on something new, and it's finally time to share. This project is super fresh and just getting started. Give it a follow; we’ll be sharing more as we build. Here's the TLDR, open to chat about it anytime. Imagine every AI agent and every tool living on independent URLs, talking to each other. That is 3AS – @3ASprotocol Agent-As-A-Service Tool-As-A-Service Solves: Swarms, Orchestration, Authentication, Payments. Imagine you create a super useful tool that AI agents will use, and you earn from it just by running it on an internet endpoint. Imagine you create your agent that uses tools you like, doing things you like for an audience you like… and you earn from it. Imagine building agents that add other agents someone has built, that use tools someone else has built. I can see the first 0-employee company actually being a team of agents running as a service on this new internet.

Can we name Luce a prototype, and make this SugerDesign one a production version? Come on @Ferrari you would turn the globe around and make history with such a move.. not to mention making real money.
Ferrari, back to the drawing board! Save the Ferrari Luce 😮‍💨 Great design elements, disastrous proportions — somehow resulting in what feels like a completely misguided Ferrari. The Ferrari Luce, recently unveiled, may go down as one of the most controversial Ferrari designs ever… Thankfully, SugerDesign stepped in to fix it.

This will be the biggest shitshow of 2026. But keep in mind they are all going public this year, so the fugazi will be running at least for 6 more months.
We were being subsidised this much? Wow. Cursor claiming the $200 plan is actually $5000 was actually true it seems.

Opus 4.7: "My code calls it synchronously — it returns a Promise" Sorry to inform you, it is technically my code.. as I'm paying for all your tokens. ...but soon switching to local models

Let me cite my Opus coding agent 😂: "The only thing Work Analyzer currently gets from Pass 3 that it wouldn't have in a parallel arrangement is... nothing." you can't not love them... sometimes

Only way to really know and control what is going on is go local. We are inches away from local OS models doing most of the work. Big labs are not your friends even though you pay them fortunes.
AMD Senior AI Director confirms Claude has been nerfed. She analyzed Claude's session logs from Janurary to March: > median thinking dropped from ~2,200 to ~600 chars > API requests went up 80x from Feb to Mar. less thinking and failed attempts meaning more retries, burning more tokens, and spending more on tokens > reads-per-edit dropped from 6.6x → 2.0x. model stops researching code before touching it. > model tried to bail out or ask "should i continue" 173 times in 17 days (0 times before March 8). > self-contradiction in reasoning ("oh wait, actually...") tripled. > conventions like CLAUDE.md get ignored because there's less thinking budget to cross-check edits > 5pm and 7pm PST are the worst hours, late night is significantly better. this means the thinking allocation is most likely GPU-load-sensitive.
