Lindsey Elende is a countess. Ronalde Garrone is a radical. When revolution erupts, two unlikely friends will become either desperate enemies or vital allies while the ax hangs close over their heads. #PosterPit #A #P #SPF #R #SecondaryWorldHistorical #EnemiesToLovers

Are you even a writer if when you go to a museum on vacation you don't immediately want to write a romance based on one painting you saw? ah, just me...okay πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚

I started to try and write a play about murdering a king in iambic pentameter once. It was not good, but it was fun.
Have you ever tried to mimic a famous poet's writing style? If so, which one? This was an assignment in high school and I picked Tennyson. Curious whether I still have the poem!

I don't like the way new twitter emphasizes replies so much bc, if you haven't noticed, I'm really into theology, but it would be nice to discuss it without bothering All my followers, who could hardly care less.

Reading has made me appreciate how much of life depends on perspective. Change the narrator and you often change the story.

While I understand mainstream Christians' views on the fall, it still shocked me when I realized they only had 1.5 acts of the "three act play" Christianity isn't incoherent without it, but I do understand why so many lose faith in face of the trials w/o the whole plan #Theology
Christianity is incoherent without a pre-mortal existence. The idea of Christ is that he is the word of God made flesh… just as the word of God ordered the cosmos, so too Christ redeems a fallen world, bringing order to that which was corrupted. But Christ also demonstrated that God moves for a very specific reason. Namely, to help us overcome and transcend the suffering of our current state. If we believe the Christian message, we believe it is for this purpose that God acts. A question, then… If God was alone in the universe from the beginning, why would he act at all? And even more puzzling… Why would he bring about a creation that does not alleviate suffering, but actually introduces and inflicts it upon his creatures? He would be creating suffering where before there was none. In such a scenario, YHWH, the creator, is the antithesis of Jesus Christ, the Son. I don’t accept that. It can only be what Joseph Smith revealed… God found himself in the midst of intelligences, which had always existed, and they desired to transcend the suffering by binding themselves to him through covenant. So they could be more like him.

Premortal life scriptures: Jeremiah 1:5 Job 38:7 Ecclesiastes 12:7 Ephesians 1:4 Isaiah 6 I know some of these have other possible interpretations, but I do feel like the meaning of life is a great deal clearer knowing there's a plan.

Sometimes I think I don't want a geek husband bc I'm not *that* excited about any one fandom and he'd probably be disappointed But then I think about dates to make home depot lightsabers and visiting the Naboo filming locations and I reconsider

This!!!!! Regardless of politics, we're in dangerous waters when we only value education as a means to get money.
Conservatives often criticize universities for failing to prepare students for jobs. But that's like criticizing a library for failing to function as a gym. The purpose of a university was never vocational training. It was always the pursuit and transmission of knowledge.

i love when you get lost in a book, like you no longer realize you are reading, because everything just seems like a really good movie playing in your head.

Thinking about how I almost never block people and remembering this is the reason I do like John Stuart Mill so much. I love hearing diverse opinions, and I think he's right that we have to let our idea be challenged.
