Our occupations now all entail reporting in to work or school and directly exposing ourselves to a live SARS2 virus that causes long-term impacts in 1 out of 17 infected AL kids, per Dr. Landers of ADPH, and 1 in 5 adults per CDC. But we aren't helpless.
We're a grassroots org working across USA to improve school air quality.
Schools that used ESSER funding to implement proven recommendations from @CDCgov & ASHRAE got less COVIDยน & less education disruption.
Your kids deserve that, too!
Don't settle; join usยฒ. We Need To Lead.
Trying to imagine the reaction if a female politician, if Kamala Harris in 2024 say, had done this in an interview, screamed and huffed like this, and then walked out.
(Also Trumpโs โdarlingโ line, sheesh.)
Trump quits his interview: "You're either crooked or you're stupidโฆYour elections are crooked. You're crooked. Meet The Press is crooked. And so is ABC, and CBS, and CNNโฆAlright, let's call it quits because I've had enough. Thank you, darling. Have a good time."

Hi @jonstewart, Iโm #oneofthetwo because I run the Long COVID clinic at Mass General Brigham where Iโve talked to thousands and thousands of people who have had their lives devastated by COVID 19. The only way to prevent Long COVID is to not contract COVID. Masking is STILL a very important part of prevention
Walgreens ARI has flu nationally at 6/10 and Cov19 at 2/10.
There are a dozen states at 10/10 flu. Some NFL teams have up to 10 players currently ill.
Be careful out there!
Tom Hanks understands that Covid isnโt over & masks work!
He says heโs in a play and canโt get sick.
โIโve had covid enough. I donโt want to do that againโ
This is the way. Wearing a mask helps keep you healthy and protects those around you.
A respirator like an N95 is best!
โRemember, COVID is just a coldโ I mutter as I swallow an HIV antiviral, 2 antiherpetic antivirals, a hep C antiviral, 2 heart meds, 6 different antihistamines, all while waiting for insurance to approve SCIG because my immune system can no longer effectively fight off infections
Covid Cautious folks,
Looking to relocate somewhere more CC-friendly?
Here's 5 reasons why you should join me in St Paul/Mpls, MN!
1) Mpls boasts a CC school that requires masks, monitors CO2 (& adjusts to keep CO2 levels safe), & uses air purifiers. Rare & awesome!

The Hearts and Minds Learning Community operates under a community care model. Many of our participants have medical conditions that put them at higher-risk for severe disease or negative outcomes from infectious diseases. Just as classes shave their heads in solidarity with classmates undergoing medical treatments, the learners at HMLC wear masks indoors to care for and support each other, regardless of medical necessity.
MASKS: We believe superheroes wear masks!
* Masks are required for all indoors time at HMLC.
* Currently, masks are optional for children while outdoors. We ask adults to continue to wear masks outdoors when around the learners. There is NO MASK SHAMING at HMLC, only normalizing masks and mask positivity.
Much of our time is spent learning and playing outdoors.
At HMLC, safety is EXTREMELY important to us.
I'm 60 & I mask indoors (N95).
5.5 years & only 1 cold.
Masking works.
2020 No cold, no flu, no COVID.
2021 No cold, no flu, no COVID.
2022 No cold, no flu, no COVID.
2023 No cold, no flu, no COVID.
2024 No cold, no flu, no COVID.
2025 1 cold, no flu, no COVID.
Hey health nuts: Iโm disabled. Canโt tell? Thatโs because itโs not visible. Diet, supplements, cardio, hydration, sleep, didnโt matter. Youโre not special, disability and time are intertwined. Itโs when, not if, & thatโs okay. Wearing a respirator protects yourself & others from-

I actually helped make a video! Itโs an update on my health with a bit about my good friend from the ME/CFS community @992tobias, and what heโs going through. ๐
