To every creator, here is the simple reality: Whether you run a faceless channel or a personal brand, once YouTube terminates your channel, they will withhold all your revenue. It doesn't matter if the funds are showing in AdSense or not, they will confiscate everything.
20 Dec 2025
This should be illegal lol. You earn that fucking money, they need to pay it to you... Ok, fine you got demonetized, but at least if the money it's in your AdSense... You should have the right to keep it, wondering when they end AdSense and start using a non centralized platform, something in the middle. Handling payments through their own tool it's fucking evil, in my honest opinion.

YouTube's Automation without accountability is killing creators. Millions of dreams were terminated and destroyed by YouTube’s AI. Not because creators were scammers… but because an automated system decided so. Small creators like us woke up one day to see everything gone our channels, our income, our years of hard work all erased and labeled as “spam” without clear proof, without clarity, without a real human explanation. What hurts the most is not just the termination. It’s seeing that even after all this damage, AI is still being prioritized over real people. Yes, AI is the future. Yes, AI has a place in our daily lives. But if AI is truly meant to help, then why isn’t it being used to warn creators, to guide us, to tell us when we’re doing something wrong before destroying everything? Instead, AI is being used as a final judge. No warning. No chance. No empathy. Years of effort. Sleepless nights. Learning skills from zero. For many of us, YouTube wasn’t a hobby it was our career, our hope, our only income. Meanwhile, real scammers and fraudsters still find their way onto the platform. But here we are genuine creators begging for a human review, still unheard. Ending dreams and careers with a machine decision isn’t progress. It’s heartbreaking. It feels like creators are being sacrificed in the name of automation. This isn’t the future we believed in. This feels like the end of the road for so many creators like me 💔 @TeamYouTube @YouTube All we just ask to involve real humans and check/review our channels.

YouTube got community noted after coming in hot against Dexerto for their story about a creator being banned due to including a business email in a video description “This is not a false story. The affected user has called this post out for its denial, and posted proof”

Quick update for everyone following this: My previous month’s revenue was already transferred to my AdSense account before my channel was terminated. YouTube’s own policy says only earnings that have not yet been disbursed can be withheld. But they still removed a finalized payment that had already left YouTube’s system and was sitting in AdSense. Meanwhile, my appeal is still under review with no decision after 8 days. This looks like a system error, and I’m asking YouTube to escalate it properly.

UPDATE: There are now over 120 terminated creators that have added their name to the sheet. 👏 Every name adds to the record of the injustice @YouTube is trying to ignore. This story doesn’t end until they’re heard. #RetweetTheSheet docs.google.com/spreadsheets…

The same 27 countries trying to regulate, fine, and silence it… now rely on it more than any legacy outlet or state media. You can’t make this up.

YouTube can build a whole Recap feature which no one asked for, just to show you what you watched. But they can't show terminated/demonetized creators a single timestamp of what they violated - something creators have been begging for for a decade. They have billions for new features and tech to track everything for marketing, but $0 for transparency when a creator’s livelihood is on the line. #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators Inspired by @FinalVerdictYT ❤️

Dev in 🇫🇷 are brainwashed and that starts in the university. I once opened a thread on the French dev subreddit saying we were hiring a Head of Web Scraping for 120k€/year, full remote. Not a single person believed it. Most thought it was a scam 😂 40k€/year for a junior dev is considered amazing, and if you tell people to work abroad to look for more they think they’ll drop dead the moment they step off the plane because "only France has real hospitals" #carteVitale

Whenever I see programmer salary numbers from Europe, I always have to do a double take. It's hard to fathom that we work in the same industry. With bonuses this year, many of our folks are at $400,000 , and we're not even in any AI-hype sector.

I did what 99% of creators think is impossible - I legally defeated YouTube. How does YouTube react? They're pretending it never happened. Let me tell you a story that proves the system is designed to crush creators - even when you WIN legal case and the law is on your side 👇 ➡️ June 2024: My channel "Chase Car" (20k subs) gets demonetized for "reused content." I appeal. A HUMAN reviewer checks everything - my editing timeline, voiceovers, scripts. They email me: "This is original content, you follow all the guidelines." Monetization restored. I'm relieved. A human verified me. I'm safe now. ➡️ November 2024: I wake up to find my entire channel TERMINATED. Same content. Same videos. Different result. Reason: "Spam, deceptive practices and scams policies". Wait... what? A human JUST cleared me months ago. Since I was verified by a YouTube employee, I knew my content was fine. I was creating EV news/car review videos that the YouTube Team had already accepted. Yet, the AI bot didn't care this time. I appeal → INSTANT rejection from the AI bot. Most creators give up here. But as a European Union citizen, I have the opportunity to defend myself as a creator using European Union law. I filed a formal case with ADROIT, an official European Union certified dispute body. March 2025: Case filed. July 23, 2025: Decision arrives (attached) The verdict: ✅ "Complaint is UPHELD" ✅ "YouTube's termination was NOT RIGHTFUL" ✅ "YouTube failed to specify violating content" and my channel should be reinstated. An independent legal body ruled YouTube was WRONG. The best part? YouTube defended itself during the process but could not show what I had violated. I WON. Here's where it gets terrifying - My channel is STILL terminated. I've been emailing YouTube's legal team for 4 MONTHS. Bot replies and complete silence. I never gave up; I fought fairly for my rights as a creator using the tools I had, and I won fair and square. Yet, they're acting like it never happened and the decision doesn't exist. Think about that for a moment. Even when you: ➡️ Follow every rule ➡️ Have a YouTube employee confirm that your content follows the policies ➡️ Win an official legal case ➡️ Have a documented decision that your channel should be reinstated ...YouTube's AI system just ignores you, and contacting a human is impossible. If they can do this to me AFTER I won, what chance does any creator have? I'm not giving up. I am filing a complaint with the Irish regulator @CNaM_ie to force YouTube to honor the decision. But I need your help: RT this and tag @TeamYouTube . Make them respond, so they can't pretend this isn't happening. Because if they can ignore a legal ruling, no creator is safe. #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators @YouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeInsider

Tomorrow marks 2 WEEKS since @TeamYouTube falsely terminated my 945K channel. 2.5 YEARS of daily upload. 947 MILLION views. 945,000 subscribers. 979 videos. GONE. Without warning. Without discussion. Reason? "Spam." 30-60 minutes PER VIDEO. Paid tools. Real money invested. And I spam ? I know there's an error. I know something's wrong. I appealed. But YouTube's cold algorithms don't care about truth. REJECTED by another algorithm. No human ever looked. Think about what YOU would do in this situation: You try live chat ? You try email support ? ❌ Complete WASTE of time. Copy-paste templates redirecting you to "the rules." You ask for SPECIFIC examples? 👉 « YouTube doesn't provide more information about problematic content. » Then you find a creator in your niche - IDENTICAL content, SAME accusation, got RESTORED. You mention this to support? Their response (actual quote): « For security and confidentiality reasons, we cannot compare or discuss other channels as this doesn't concern you. » Doesn't concern you? REALLY? Inconsistent enforcement doesn't concern those being punished? This isn't a comedy sketch. This isn't a script for your next TV drama. This is REALITY happening on YouTube RIGHT NOW. November 2025 is breaking records for mass bans. YouTube's auto-flagging system is BROKEN. Almost 10 MILLION channels have been terminated this year alone. Small creators. Big creators. DOESN'T MATTER. But unless you have massive presence on OTHER platforms to make NOISE, you're FINISHED. No real human review. No recourse. Just algorithmic execution. I've spent 2 weeks researching this. Full investigation coming soon - I'm preparing a complete report to expose what YouTube is doing. They're deleting livelihoods with ZERO accountability. And way too few people talk about it. RT if you think this is unacceptable.
