This is not a BDA layout project to give land ratio as compensation, this comes under expressway project, where BDA don’t have authority to collect toll in first place. In 2005 BDA needed 100m ROW so it acquired but now if need 65m ROW so just acquire only this as per 2013 ACT

Good to see a few are concerned about development of our Bengaluru albeit the language isn’t in the spirit of Namma Bengaluru! The point is if the BDA/BBC/Govt is of the same spirit, farmers wouldn’t have suffered for 21yrs & continue to suffer! Any spirits for farmers?

It is blessed with two sources of water, Infrastructure is made ready for both Yattinahole & Cauvery stage VI...apart from it , you have high number of lakes for underground recharge..North Bengaluru never faced water scarcity, so will in future.

The SC reportedly cancelled the 2010 Preliminary Notification for 700 acres of PRR land. Yet, BDA is moving toward tenders? You cannot tender for land you don't legally have. This is a direct challenge to the Judiciary. #PRR

The BDA’s plan to tender 1/4th of the PRR is a massive legal risk. Salami-slicing a 73km project to bypass full Environmental Clearance (EC) is a violation of NGT norms. Without an EC for the entire stretch, any work is legally unauthorized. #PRR
