Way to ticket me for a *legal* right turn thru a red (there was no "no turn on red") AND way to STALK ME FOR 15 MINUTES 20MPH BELOW THE HIGHWAY SPEED, INCLUDING EXITING AND RE-ENTERING HIGHWAY as I went back to take picture evidence that there wasn't a no turn sign.
