Against a very weak team like Manchester United, Arsenal can't conjure a win! This won't win the EPL title. Manchester City all the way

Teams should just boycott the World Cup 2026. The USA cannot have VISA restrictions to players, technical benches and match officials and expect the world to stand and clap. The World Cup is not just a business, it's the highest form of entertainment after the Olympic Games.

Resignation is not accountability. It's escape. Three men who controlled Kenya's entire fuel supply chain, policy, regulation, pipeline, allegedly fabricated a national shortage, bypassed G2G procurement, imported substandard fuel from a rerouted Saudi Aramco shipment, and Ksh 500M in CASH was found in their houses. They didn't resign. They were forced out before the full picture came out. The real question Kenya is not asking: Who BENEFITED from the fake shortage panic? Because someone BOUGHT that overpriced, substandard fuel consignment. Someone made the call to reroute MV Paloma from Angola to Mombasa. Someone above a PS, a DG, and an MD signed off or looked away. Liban, Kiptoo and Sang are not masterminds. Follow the money ABOVE them, not just the Ksh 500M found in their homes, but the procurement contracts, the emergency waivers, the politically-connected importers who bypassed G2G. Kenya has seen this script before. Arrests. Resignations. A few faces on TV. Then silence. Then the same system, different names. If William Ruto is serious, the next arrest isn't a PS. It's whoever made the phone call that cleared that shipment. Name them. Charge them. Do it publicly. Or this is just another cleanup operation before the 2027 machine needs to be refueled, literally.

A case has left Kenyans talking after a man reportedly moved to court over KSh1,500 fare money he claims was "eaten" by a woman. The man allegedly sent the woman KSh1,500 via M-Pesa on March 4, 2026, to facilitate her travel to Eldoret after she reportedly confirmed she would make the trip. However, he now claims she received the money but failed to travel as agreed. Despite acknowledging receipt of the fare, the woman did not fulfill the agreed journey and allegedly kept the full amount without any lawful justification. The man, identified as Chrysostom Makhumbiri Agava, then reportedly instructed his lawyers to step in. Things took a dramatic turn when the lawyers demanded not just the original KSh1,500, but an extra KSh10,000 in legal and administrative fees, bringing the total amount being sought to KSh11,500. The woman was reportedly given 48 hours to pay or risk being dragged to the Small Claims Court. The legal notice further warns that if she fails to comply, the case could proceed in court with added consequences including interest at court rates, filing fees, process server charges, and more legal costs.

Today, we woke up to the news that Kamene Goro’s lungs had collapsed and that she had pneumonia. She was also diagnosed with peritonitis. At one point, she was admitted to the ICU, but thankfully, she survived the Sayuni's WiFi signal. However, let’s be honest with each other. There is a famous joint i used to frequent often in Thika Rd kabla outside caterers wanipakulie pishori without my consent. I used to meet with Kamene alot wakiwa na yellow yellow damsels. And every time I bump into her, she is either smoking cigarettes, shisha, or intoxicated. When she came out to lament how she had seen death with her own eyes, it didn’t take me long to conclude that Kanamba speciioo na masigara zimefanya ile kitu. If you smoke cigarettes like Kamene, your risk of developing pneumonia increases significantly. If you combine smoking with alcohol, the condition can become even worse. Even as Kamene Goro speaks about the healing process and mental health, she should also be honest with herself and the public. She should warn young girls especially Gen Z,, who are increasingly sinking into alcoholism and cigarette smoking. The new generation is smoking as if they have chimneys installed on their heads. They consume alcohol as if there is no tomorrow. As a woman, once you start smoking, you become something else, even the smell that comes down there at the slippery zones is disgusting. As for men, when you fall into cigarette smoking, you become weak both mentally and physically. You may struggle with discipline and overall well-being. Even in horizontal engineering, you barely perform like VC here who can go for several rounds without whistling to prevent premature ejaculation. There is no real benefit to smoking cigarettes, especially illegal ones. Kamene Goro is lucky to have survived, but once your lungs begin to collapse, you are in a very serious situation. People should avoid smoking. Do not wait until the damage is already done to believe what health science has been saying all along. Don’t be misled by a few elderly people who smoke and drink. Some are simply lucky to be alive and will still go to SAYUNI due to lung and abdominal infections. Even prominent figures have faced health complications linked to such lifestyles. Even a former head of state wasn't spared, he's currently struggling with health issues. Chris Kirubi was also affected by lifestyle-related health issues caused by Kanamba speciioo na masigara. Mc Fullstop, one of the greatest MC we've ever had died prematurely all because of smoking. And he was honest about his health challenges even warning youths to avoid sigara. We have lost many young lives due to the same habits. You may call it enjoyment, freedom, or lifestyle, but what starts as pleasure can end in pain, hospital beds, ICU admissions, and deep regret. Kindly, manage alcohol intake and stop smoking completely. I personally struggled with alcohol for a while, but I decided to change for the better. Hitting the gym has really helped me a lot. One day at a time, I was able to overcome it. Today, I only take a beer or two occasionally, as I engage in meaningful conversations at my usual spot, Club 1824 juu sasa siwezi kunywa delmonte mbele wa wanaume, wanaeza Thani nawapangia hesabu za minus kwa Sundus zao. Ni mbaya!!

Marriage will expose you. Your anger. Your ego. Your trauma. It is not your partner. It is you on loudspeaker. When you live alone, you can hide your flaws. Nobody sees your temper. Nobody sees your selfish side. Nobody sees how you shut down when things get hard. Marriage removes the cover. The small habits become big issues. The way you talk when upset. The way you handle money. The way you deal with stress. Everything shows. Many people say, “My spouse triggers me.” Sometimes that is true. But many times, marriage just reveals what was already inside you. It is like a mirror you cannot avoid. The mature partner will say, “What is this teaching me about myself?” The immature one will blame all day. Marriage is not only about loving someone else. It is about growing up. 🤷‍♂️

Men think women have it easy in dating. FALSE. The easy part is getting sex. It's actually hard to get a boyfriend. It's hard because the guys who are successful with girls just wanna fuck, get bored easily or already have a serious relationship. And the guys with no options are broke, boring, full on insecurities etc. It's hard for a woman to find the SWEET SPOT Someone who is attractive/respected/rich enough/ a good boyfriend BUT ALSO "simp" enough to stay with her and not dump her fast and treat her miserably. This is why girls start getting fucked left and right, they can't figure out THE SWEET SPOT Aim too high? You'll end up in some rotation, or the side chick of some guy who already has it all. Aim too low? You'll end up with some idiot who gets into debt because of drugs/gambling or makes your life a mess with his retarded decisions. It's hard for women too.

Replying to @BillowKerrow
If Billow Kerrow truly believes in constitutional accountability, he should trade media theatrics for jurisprudential rigor: draft a legally sound surcharge petition, marshal audit evidence, and test his thesis in court. History honors litigants, not loud commentators. Otherwise, his volleys against Uhuru Kenyatta risk resembling political rent-seeking optics heat without light. In law, as in politics, legitimacy flows from pleadings, proof, and precedent, not microphones. Silence, then, would be wiser than public argument unaccompanied by constitutional craftsmanship or forensic substantiation.

With persistent reports of Kenyans dying in Ukraine -Russian war, it's heartbreaking that the government has done very little to help. It is not even possible to establish how many Kenyans went to Russia and how many have died so far. Increasing fear is, none of the Kenyans will come back alive even if they resort to shooting their own feet to escape the war.

The worst thing that ever happened to Kenya, was the rise of Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto into the presidency. This country has never, ever, seen the embracement, adoration, entrenchment, and promotion of corruption and corrupt people as this diabolical duo brought to us. Their cunning is only matched by the depth of their greed. Take a look at an audit report for the “Sports Kenya” for 2023-2024. Sports Kenya is a State Corporation/Department. These findings traverse both presidencies. Bite on these nuggets: (1) Corruption at Kericho Green Stadium. @WilliamsRuto 's Government of Thieves, by Thieves, and for Thieves issued a contract for KSH 408 million for the “refurbishment” of Kericho Green Stadium. Documents indicate the contract was signed September 4, 2023. But when auditors look deeper, they find that the winning firm actually had started “working” on the project months before the contract was signed. In fact, they had already been “working” since July 2023, two months before the tender was advertised. Somehow, they were able to see into the future, and understand that the government would need their services, that they would successfully bid and win, and that it would be a profitable project for them. Even more surprising was that, immediately after they signed the contract on September 5, 2023, Sports Kenya (read Ruto’s thieves in office) went ahead to pay KSH 186 million right away saying that the firm had already performed 50% of the work, one full day after they apparently awarded the contract. See picture number 1. (2) Corruption at Kamariny Stadium. Sports Kenya issued a contract for KSH 287 million for the construction of this stadium. The winning firm, after pocketing KSH 87 million, took the money and bolted. Has not been seen again. 7 years after getting the contract and being paid KSH 87 million. (3) Corruption at Kipchoge Keino Stadium. Sports Kenya issued two contracts for KSH 305 million (Phase 1) 325 million (Phase 2) for the construction of this stadium. Immediately after the contracts were awarded, KSH 65 million was awarded to Phase 1. Total cost is thus KSH 369 million. To date, you and I have poured in KSH 326 million for Phase 1 and KSH 260 million for Phase 2. KSH 586 million Paid. What did we get? See Picture number 2. (4) Corruption at Karatu Stadium. Sports Kenya awarded a contract for KSH 259 million for the construction of this stadium. I am told that the winning firm is tied to one Moses Kuria. The auditor notes the following: “Pavillion works show poor workmanship”. "The perimeter wall had caved in. The main bars had honeycombs. It appears that the mixing of motor and gravel was substandard, making the gravel to separate from the motor and thus exposing the metal and weakening the strength of the beams" See Picture number 3 for yourself. (5) Corruption at Ruringu Stadium. Sports Kenya issued a contract for KSH 288 million for this stadium. In 2017. Somehow, right after the contract was issued, the price was increased by KSH 70 million. KSH 70 million. To KSH 358 million. So far, KSH 302 million has been paid. 7 years after the award, the contractor is nowhere to be seen. The contractor took KSH 302 million and bolted. Today - our country owes KSH 12 trillion in debt, for which we are now spending 95% of all tax revenue to service. So that thieves that benefitted from corruption (who are government officials and their criminal associates), as indicated in these 4 examples can continue being billionaires. Nobody is talking about the millions of Kenyans who cannot get an education courtesy of this level of greed. There is a generation of Kenyans who is written off today, so that 1% of our population can live out their wildest imaginations.
