Hope to see you there!

"AUTHORS’ NOTE
The authors wish it to be known that, in their opinion, the first three authors should be regarded as joint first authors. The order of co-first authors provided here was decided through a mushroom picking competition around the Sognsvann lake, Oslo, Norway. Co-first authors can prioritise their names when adding this paper's reference to their résumés."
Hooray I finished the project expected to be done last December.
Should I work backwards in time to even more overdue things, or try to make progress on the one due at the end of the month?
The problem of imposter syndrome is NOT that you are fooling anyone about who YOU are.
The problem is that you are letting OTHERS fool you about what it means to be successful.
Working on a due-soon book chapter today. Making great progress, but had to stop for an impromptu meeting on Entirely Different Project. Which, predictably, is the only thing I want to work on now.
Back to book chapter…
Wait... I bet I can't use "the table of distances between cities in the back of an atlas" as an example anymore, because nobody uses paper atlases. Dammit.
(Except people who spend substantial time where there's no cell signal!)
*grumbles about professional societies that don't offer free memberships to Associate Editors*
I'm donating a lot of my valuable time to make sure the society journals succeed. I'm not also going to pay money, since I wouldn't normally be a member of this one.

Conservation or Agriculture
Land Sparing or Sharing
Rewild or Restore
We need combined approaches:
Agro-ecological management
Multi-scale planning
R R over whole landscapes
