My journey to leave the 9 to 5 via buying solid dividend/growth companies via $0 commissions/fractional shares and hold for life. Not a financial advisor. DYOR.
Quick profile of me:

✅Long term dividend stock investor
✅Will do CSP and CC (options)
✅Uses RSI to help trim a little, or buy more aggressively
✅Looking to buy quality stocks daily (based on RSI)
Good morning #divX. Dropped off oldest for volunteering. Going to get her in about 2-3 hours. Income for Monday hitting:
$DIA - $26.73
$GOOG - $0.24
$NBHC - $20.91
$NEE - $0.04
$O - $27.05 (at exdiv date below my $62.50 CC, so get the dividend also)
Trying to go back in, but this time will try to get $0.60 to $0.80 credit. Let's see. Right now sitting that $0.80 limit. Riding $20 to make $80 if I get filled. Markets need to drop very hard.
Good morning #divX. Income for today:
$129K Tbills matured - $502.60
$MSFT - $22.70
$PRU - $11.08
$RTX - $3.45
Interest/Dividends into index ETFs - the usual, along with their CC ETFs. Free money, making more free money!
Some adds and trims. Trims came from buy in March and being either over 200 day now, or making profits, wanted to reset. The $2-$3 adds are for my daughter's account - limited funds, but wanted to put some cash to work for her.
How many here are trading options here with a plan? Are you managing your risks?!?! If you can afford to sell 5 contracts of "xyz" CSP, and do so, and now you are 10%, 20% whatever below your strike - did you plan for how you would handle this? - emotionally and financially? If not, do not place the trade.
Dividends this morning:
$IBM - $6.29 (yes, I had trimmed at higher RSI so now the dividend income drops). Why did I do this? Cause I wanted to sell a put ratio at lower prices if $IBM had dropped, and it did - and I sold the put ratio.
$SPGI - $0.03
Good morning. Waking up to futures tanking, love it! Nasdaq taking the most of the hits. Rightfully so, folks selling those parabolic moves to take whatever risks they had off the table making room for SpaceX. To me, its just more sellers than buyers. No need to complicate it.
One of my accounts thats a little bit of selling options, few money market ETFs, and dividend stocks:
Right now.. not bad, while $SPY down almost $15 right now
