Ok here we go.
Look at the electoral maps by county for the last few decades of US presidential elections. You’ll notice that the South goes almost uniformly Republican red every time.
Duh.

I'm just going to respectfully suggest whether it was a Federal election, a State referendum, or a local race that rather than yelling "WHAT WAS WRONG WITH YOU IDIOT VOTERS?!?" on here you start to figure out why your preferred position didn't win.
