We have reached the stage where the 2-year-old is refusing to go outside and is instead lying on our bed staring at the ceiling listening to Enter Sandman by Metallica on repeat. The lockdown has turned him into a teenager. #AcademicChatter@parent_phd
Sorry Iβve been absent. My insomnia is the worst it has ever been meaning functioning is difficult. I have tried everything, medical, herbal etc. What works for other insomniacs? I donβt mean those who have a few bad nights, I mean those who struggle for years! @AcademicChatter
The only boundaries we're firm on are meals, snacks, and bedtime (we have a 4-year-old). We are strict about screen time because more than 1.5 hours of it & she's a maniac. But that's it. No schedule otherwise. She doesn't need to put on "real clothes." Etc.
