It is “development “only when it is working towards our long term goal .
When we know that we are choking and dying due to air pollution. 51% is the local pollution out of which 33 % are from vehicles.
And road traffic deaths and injuries are also increased due to such high speed roads.
When will we be focused on moving people and just vehicles.

In my humble opinion, and it is also the opinion of top experts, we should focus investment on public transport, walking and cycling infrastructure rather than on city overpasses and underpasses. Budgets drive priorities, and we get the type of use pattern we have invested for.
