Water sensors (and auto shutoffs) will become a requirement for property insurance
4:05 AM Monday: A multi-residential facility received a leak alert from SenseCore, a pinhole leak on a ¾” recirculation line in the mech room. Thanks to the alert, damage was minimized, and a quick fix was implemented, preventing costly repairs and water damage!
