1) overcomplicate the process
2) “we don’t have enough staff or resources!”

I think every ad impression coming online in streaming services makes run-of-the-mill programmatic inventory (whether video or not) worth *that* much less. Streaming ad inventory is raising the bar for all of digital advertising. It's brand-safe, it's viewable, etc.
