3/ the agent at @easyJet only confirmed after refunding me that money went to @lastminute_com - who will probably charge a fee, so I’ll be lucky if I get anything back. If this had been explained I may have changed that flight

2/ despite it being moments before I realised my error I was then locked into going via your customer services to cancel. I’ve had to pay a £55 cancellation fee even though it’s a matter of hours and @lastminute_com will probably charge me to send me the refund on

Shocking @easyJet profiting from a mistake that was easily refunded in full. I’m now out of pocket £55 and worse, they refunded the difference before letting me know the money went back to a booking agent who wants to charge me to refund it!!! Avoid
