The climate crisis is quickly spiralling out of our control. 1000s of fish washing up dead in the Gulf of Mexico because the water is too hot to hold oxygen.

Take that in. Then try wrapping your head around the fact that we’re only seeing the beginning of a destabilising planet, while remembering that GHG emissions are still rising and the companies largely causing this are making record profits.

This global heatwave is likely the hottest 20-day stretch in the last 100,000 years.

We are pre-programmed to judge others based on our own experiences. Ergo listening without presumption is really bloody hard! For me - one of the most important skills in improvement is listening to what other people are actually saying. Not what you think they are saying.
