@wizzair big queue at customer service for lots of people who were NOT told in advance they had to check in and being forced to pay 35 pounds each!! Total scam

Various people tried the app and it didn't work. We have been told both that we should have got a reminder and also that it was because we selected online check-in (but there was no indication of this). Absolute scandal. Will never fly wizzair again!
