Today is #thichnhathanh's 94th birthday. His teachings have touched my heart and the hearts of so many. I've seen info online that he's stopped eating to prepare for dying. With blessings and deepest gratitude. "Walk like a free person, free from the past, free from the future."
Join our monthly calls, Sunday October 11th at to 12pm, PT and Wednesday October 28th at 5pm, PT.

#nonviolentcommunication#bipoc#NVC
This is where I think violence is provoked on our planet, when we educate people to think in terms of wrongness of one another, not to think a language of life, to clarify what our needs are and to hear other people's needs.
#NVC#NonviolentCommunication
When we express gratitude in a Nonviolent Communication way:
- make it clear to the other person what they did that enriched your life
- how you feel right now, when you think about that
- and what need of yours was fulfilled.
Making peace with oneself is a hallmark of deeply transformative therapies. Peace is not about the end of pain; it is about not going to war against pain and suffering and instead receiving these experiences as they are, with a kind inclination of the heart.
We are getting fascinated by giving and receiving feedback here at CoCo. What's your go to feedback style? If not in the poll, let us know in the comments below #feedback#TuesdayThoughts
There is something special about sitting with others in silence, mindfulness and compassion. There are so many ways to do this today, via Zoom. It can be even simpler. If you and a friend just sit together in silence and good will for a few minutes, something becomes possible.
