During that time, all services of ProteomicsDB, including Prosit and our API, will not be accessible.
We expect the downtime to last till 19:00 today, but hopefully, it will be shorter.
Christmas is coming, and ProteomicsDB is getting ready to spread even more joy to the community!

New technology advance - parallel single cell transcriptomics and proteomics analysis using nanodroplet splitting. And I am certainly delighted to see that "All proteomic data raw files were processed by FragPipe" (with quant using IonQuant MBR option).
As single cell proteomics person, we always try to compare protein measurements to transcript, what if we can do both on the same cells? Great job by @cajun_science and collaboration between @EMSLscience and @Cellenionbiorxiv.org/content/10.1101/β¦
