Whilst reviewing the draft IMTP setting out the Health Board’s plan for the next 3 yrs, I find our ambition and focus on long term outcomes motivating. Well done @bigthreeoh @Emmaking1708. My personal challenge is to avoid striving for perfectionism which is my Achilles heel.
