The latest @ScotGovernment stats on STL applications debunk the hysteria around 'over-tourism'.
Edinburgh has only 289 STL applications per 10,000 dwellings.. whereas the Western Isles has 749 per 10,000 dwellings.
Edinburgh however is a hotbed of NIMBYism and activism.

Politics has changed radically from the past 100 years. Labour will now hemorrhage dwindling left-of-centre support to the Greens in England. For all the doubts over Corbynism it was winning voters. Well done the Greens. Don't agree with all policies but its refreshing from hate.
