‘Graceful aging’ is a coping mechanism. The truth is that aging is a slow, brutal dismantling of the body. If we want a better outcome, we need real rejuvenation, not euphemisms.
Saying ”aging gracefully” is denial. We all age terribly and then we die. That is the truth, whatever you tell yourself. The only real solution is comprehensive repair and rejuvenation. And eventually to not age at all.
