Advocate for reproductive rights. The basis of my position is that govt has no legitimate duty or purpose for denying access to abortion.

The Supreme Court's Dobbs decision will be overturned in time because it makes a critical error: it interprets the Constitution as conferring rights to the people (see screenshot) rather than conferring powers to the government. 1/x

"I can admit I may never 100% know the exact second a human life first begins." ANTI-ABORT ADMITS LIFE DOESN'T BEGIN At conception!!!
There's really nothing I need from you. You act as though the distinction between a human cell and a human organism is insignificant. Therefore you think you can justify there is no moral duty to protect until they get a government issued birth certificate. I can admit I may never 100% know the exact second a human life first begins. But I do 100% know there are healthy unwanted human beings being ripped apart in the womb just because they are unwanted. Your blurred lines doesn't justify this. Your reframing pregnancy and motherhood as slavery lie doesn't justify this. That's all.

Allow me to summarize where we are now by highlighting the 4 faults of the Pro Life argument 1. Govt is not authorized to act on behalf of the unborn or to restrict access to abortion. Such action serves no legitimate legislative purpose. It does not serve the purpose for...

& a blastocyst is distinct from a zygote along that same continuous path ur "construct" is based in religious ideology. It has nothing to do with cell theory, as u claimed BTW, the biology of asexual reproduction shows us genetic individuation is not a requirement for offspring

Well, when a child is conceived, the DNA split is 50/50 from both parents. Except for one small detail: mitochondrial DNA. It’s passed down only through the mother and never through sperm. Which means something interesting: all living humans can trace their mitochondrial line back to one woman, not one man. And every daughter born continues passing that same line forward. Happy Women’s Day 💐

I'm going to make this as simple as I can. PERSONHOOD IS NOT AN ARBITRARY DEFINITION. It is the basis of law and govt. Legal personhood refers to born, socially situated individuals capable of entering the civil order. Anti Aborts wish to use govt authority to impose...

...gestational servitude on people. But that govt authority is empowered & authorized by PEOPLE to effect THEIR SAFETY & HAPPINESS. It does not serve that purpose to impose gestational servitude on behalf of non-people. In fact, it is COUNTER TO THE VERY ESTABLISHMENT OF GOVT.

181 after its founding for the protection of slavery, the head of the SBC is espousing a counterfeit abolitionist doctrine of White Supremacy and State murder built upon a great evil: the forced reproductive labor of women and girls objectified as instruments for others’ use.

Let it Collapse!!!
Community note
Pam Bondi did not say that prosecuting everyone in the Epstein files would cause the system to collapse; no credible sources confirm this quote, which appears to originate from unverified social media memes. apnews.com/article/bondi-…

The radical position is believing govt may usurp authority to impose gestational servitude, to compel the use of one's blood and organs to protect unborn life. The duty to weigh the conflicting needs of mom and unborn child belongs to mom, not govt
I am not the radical for believing child murder should be outlawed in the entirety of the United States. I am not the radical for standing against abortion. The radical position is thinking it should be legal to murder a human being.

"People/Person" is the sovereignty of our nation and the basis of legal authority for our Constitution and the establishment of our nation, but this guy dismisses it as a mere philosophical term.
That's some good Jeffersonian PHILOSOPHY there buddy

Holocaust victims were never called "not people," they were fully recognized as people, then had their rights removed. Abortion involves the unavoidable threshold of personhood - those that precede it are unprotected, even when PLers set the threshold.
Pro-aborts be like…

"Person" is the only term for individual life forms subject to govt duty. There is no govt duty to ZEFs, there is no constitutionally-conferred authority to restrict access to abortion, & we already prohibited states from denying liberty without a legitimate legislative purpose
Person is not a scientific term. Please stick to science of the term offspring If you want to be anti science, please stop discussing abortion. This is beyond you if you bring in psychology

I am pro choice. The duty to weigh the conflicting needs of mother and unborn child belongs entirely to mom. Any attempt to take it from her is a constitutional violation. I'm interested in making sure zealots don't force govt overreach.
I’m a pro-lifer. I’m not interested in “controlling anyones body.” I’m interested in making sure babies aren’t murdered.

Today should have been the 53rd anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision. We should be celebrating the historic constitutional recognition of our inalienable right to bodily autonomy; instead, we are mourning the injustice of this right being cruelly stripped away.

Too many people wrongly think this administration’s is done attacking abortion access, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. We MUST remember that our reproductive rights are still in serious danger. reproductiverights.org/trump…

You have valid points, and they illustrate why I modified the question. We cannot answer when a developing human individual gains value, but we can answer when govt gains a duty to us. We the people (those engaging in civil society) established govt to effect OUR safety &...
Your argument seems to be that unless you can identify a distinct instant in which something goes from "killable trash" to "human life", then it remains eternally "killable trash" - so again, I ask you, when does a human being developing in the womb transition from trash to life?

...that pro-lifers claim biology requires that developing humans are "killable trash" before fertilization & gain personhood value after, & it annoys me even more that they believe biology supports their authoritarian views, the usurpation of govt power, the denial of liberty,...

...& the imposition of gestational servitude. Biology, most certainly, does none of this, as I have shown via citations from noted embryologists & philosophers. The duty to determine the unborn child's value is mom's alone.
