Launched a @refiner survey to a list of 40 identified best customers. As an incentive told them I'd ship a copy of Obviously Awesome (a must-read for PR/comms professionals anyway).
So far only 20ish responses but they are high signal and will be used as an important input for the next steps of the positioning exercise.
I could keep talking about this but let me know if there are any specifics you want to know about? I do not consider myself an expert at all...
