NVIDIA TARGETS CHINA CPU MARKET

NVIDIA PURSUES $20B BOND OFFERING
Nvidia is seeking to raise at least $20 billion through a seven-part bond sale, its first debt issuance in five years. Proceeds will refinance existing debt and help fund strategic AI investments, including partnerships with OpenAI and Anthropic, as the company joins Big Tech’s growing AI-driven borrowing wave while maintaining its strong AA credit profile.
