Former Culpeper Co. Sheriff Scott Jenkins showed up in court this morning. Judge decided to move trial to December 11th concerned another panic attack could disrupt case once a jury is seated. He also scheduled a bond review for next week to address Jenkins health.

Our officers just arrested a man who was stopped during our screening process at the Capitol Visitor Center (CVC). The man smelled like fuel, had a torch & a flare gun.
The CVC is closed for tours for the day, while we investigate. We will provide more information when we can.
