So, I took the plunge. I started a S*bstack. I called it Building Companies and I'm going to start writing about the things that capture my interest whenever I feel like I have something to add to the swirling vortex of discourse.
I started with some thoughts on why seed-funded companies are struggling to raise further capital. The conventional wisdom says that we have learned nothing about how to make startups successful, but I think it may just be the other way around.

Introducing Latent Briefing, a way for agents to quickly share their relevant memory directly. Result: 31% fewer tokens used, same accuracy.
Multi-agent systems are powerful, but can be wildly inefficient. They pass context as tokens, so costs explode and signal gets lost. We built an algorithm that allows agents to communicate KV cache to KV cache.
