High intensity exercise can improve cardiorespiratory fitness, reduce cardiovascular risk and provide psychological benefit in individuals with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. However, for these positive effects to have a lasting impact, regular exercise must become a consistent habit.

📢 Big step forward for cardiomyopathy drug 📢
NICE, has published their final draft guidance on Mavacamten, recommending that Mavacamten is made available for treating symptomatic obstructive HCM in adults.
