Your delivery agent says he doesn't work for Myntra, and if I need to cancel the order your customer care says "sir ab delivery pe hi cancel ho sakta hai". Don't freakin play ringa ringa roses with me, cancel my order. Simple. Absolutely horrifying customer service.

- Long-term goals and company vision
