Let me explain what is actually happening with the left calling the current Supreme Court "rogue." I have four kids. When one of them does their chores, I give them a piece of candy. When my three-year-old sees that and loses his mind screaming "IT'S NOT FAIR," he is not making a legal argument. He is making a FEELINGS argument. He does not care about the chores. He just wants the candy. That is Quinn's Law #26 in a Halloween costume: liberals love the courts UNTIL the decision does not go their way. Here is something the dim bulbs on the left conveniently forget. Republican-appointed justices have disappointed conservatives REPEATEDLY. Gorsuch — TRUMP'S OWN PICK — sided with liberals on LGBTQ employment cases. Roberts saved the ACA. TWICE. Let that land. Sandra Day O'Connor preserved Roe in 1992. Reagan appointee. That happens because those justices are actually doing their job: applying the law to the text, NOT reverse-engineering the outcome they want. When have you EVER seen a Democrat-appointed justice deliver a ruling that disappointed Democrats? I'll wait. That silence you hear? That is not a coincidence. That is the tell. A court that never surprises you is not a court. It is a PR department with gavels. The left has that. They built it on purpose. And NOW — because they do not have it at the Supreme Court level — the whole institution is suddenly "illegitimate." FDR tried this in 1937. A platform called GovGreed built a seven-layer machine learning system that cross-references every stock trade disclosed by every sitting politician against the bills their committees control, the campaign donations they receive, and the companies their votes directly impact. It scored all 540 politicians currently in Congress. And the numbers are crazy: 56% of every stock purchase made by Congress in the last 16 months was on a stock directly affected by a bill the buyer later voted on. That is 6,170 out of 11,016 total purchases. More than HALF of all congressional stock buys are on companies whose fate that same politician is about to decide. 343 of 540 Congress members actively trade stocks while holding access to nonpublic legislative information. That is 63.8% of the entire legislature making market bets with an informational edge that would put any hedge fund manager in prison. The AI identified 752 active "Triple Signals" in the current Congress. A Triple Signal fires when three conditions line up at once: The politician sits on the committee controlling a bill, they traded stock in a company affected by that bill, AND they received campaign contributions from that same industry. Bills carrying these insider indicators pass at 5.4 TIMES the normal rate. Now look at the individual leaderboard: - Nancy Pelosi's estimated portfolio sits at $194 million with a Greediness score of 98.1 out of 100 - Ro Khanna made 13,231 trades across 800 different tickers - Michael McCaul made 32,302 trades and filed 6,670 of them late - Thomas Suozzi filed 86.4% of his trades late with an average delay of 396 days, meaning his disclosures landed over a YEAR after he made the trade And then there is Lisa McClain, the fourth-ranking Republican in the House. 🚨Here’s something VERY important to remember no matter what happens with the budget: Spanberger & Democrats were more than three months late because their #1 priority was a gerrymandering power grab and their #2 priority was a bunch of terrible bills that either make life more expensive or trample our freedoms. The most likely outcome is that some sort of budget deal will be reached, avoiding a shutdown. When that happens, Democrats will be patting themselves on the back. But never forget that it NEVER should’ve come to this in the first place. Even if they passed a budget today, it would be a massive indictment on their totally incompetent leadership. Democrats showed you what they really care about, and it sure as hell isn’t “affordability” or whatever other crap they spewed during their campaigns last year.
