1/n Tired of Mindless Doomscrolling? This idea originated when I saw myself and some other folks, mindlessly opening an app, scrolling and shutting it down. It was all mechanical that it felt so mindless. Later figured out that a lot of folks are struggling with it.

Topmate's hate needs to be studied. I have seen the similar sentiment. One design leader specifically called out in a meeting, if you ever see me on Topmate, feel free to name and shame me! What have they done wrong with their perception? Asking in good faith?
Hypothesis: We need a version of @topmateHQ which is not hated by people who are actually good at their craft half of my friends who I think are really good at what they do, treat having topmate like a negative or grifter signal

4/n On top of it, you can set a budget to your Dopamine. 10 being the min, 50 being the max. Each app open costs you 3 dopamins and lasts for 5 minutes

If you feel stuck, try this: For the next 30 days, every single day, wake up at 5am and work out for at least 30 minutes. It doesn’t matter what the workout looks like. By the end of 30 days, you’ll completely rewire your brain. Scientists call it neuroplasticity. Your brain physically changes in structure and function through action and experience. The action of waking up early and working out every single day for a month will create evidence that you have the power to take an action and achieve a desired outcome. You’ll see yourself differently. You’ll reorganize your life around this new priority. You’ll eat healthier, go to sleep earlier, and narrow your focus. It creates Proof of Agency. That has ripple effects into every area of life.
