FOUR HOURS on the phone w/ @VerizonSupport trying to activate a phone line & access my account. 3 agents (2 of whom disconnect me at the 2-hr mark). Auth emails & texts from their system fail every single time so cannot verify any account action. Not enough curse words for this.
