I don't know who needs to hear this, but you can break off your engagement. You don't have to get married if you know it's not right. Even if you have sent out the invites, bought the dress, planned the ceremony, you can walk away.
Hi everyone, I’m not used to this fund raising gig… but if you could check out the just giving page, share it and if you spare a few quid! We would really appreciate it! 😬💪🏃
Thank you! #JustGivingjustgiving.com/page/marc-mca…
Do you find some MS symptoms difficult to talk about?
You're not alone. This MS Awareness Week (22–28 April), along with other MS charities, we want to break the stigma and get people talking.
If you have ten minutes spare, please fill in our survey mssoc.uk/3OH9C1T

Brilliant to see an MS Society flag flying high over Lerwick Town Hall this #MSAwarenessWeek thanks to the MS Society Shetland group.
Thank you Grace Can for the photo!

It's #MSAwarenessWeek 😊 And we want to know, how does MS make you feel?
Throughout the week we want you to use the hashtag #MSMakesMe to tell us how MS makes you feel.
We asked people in the MS community to share how MS makes them feel. 🎥⬇️
Today a dog walker told me that I shouldn’t own a dog as I protected her from an off lead dog running up to her from a distance. It’s upset me immensely. My dog is nervous and all I did was protect her and this happens far too much #offleaddogs#DogsBehavingVeryBadly
It's time to talk about mental health.
On #TimeToTalk day we're encouraging everyone to take a moment to connect with others about mental health.
A small conversation about how you, or someone else is feeling can go a long way.

Couldn’t watch #ImACeleb last night without crying. Thank you @kad_c for talking openly about your challenges with MS and raising awareness of the realities
It’s Crohn’s & Colitis Awareness Week (1st Dec-7th Dec).
It takes guts to talk about Crohn’s and Colitis,
but we can do it and break the stigma.
Sending love to everybody affected by these conditions.

Thank you to the #MS team @NHSGGC Incredible service when I’ve really needed it and gone above and beyond to minimise my wait time. So very grateful to be looked after by such an experienced and caring team
so fantastic to hear @kad_c honesty about living with MS on #ImACeleb She is showing that we can still live our lives and achieve our goals. Total inspiration
Despite 1 in 5 people in Scotland living with a neurological condition, neurology services are stretched, underfunded and overlooked. This can’t continue.
Thank you @PaulJSweeney for meeting us at Scottish Parliament today to discuss the findings of our #NeurologyNow report.
