I spent 4 years as a VC. Today, I help founders at @virtuals_io. One of my favorite parts of the job is getting to back the founders we work with. Sometimes that means backing them with my own name. A bad reasoning dataset degrades the model. So the incentive structure reflects that. If you're sitting out Reppo datanets, this is the one to reconsider.
