P.S. We thank all of those who have submitted to the General Forum recently for your patience; we're experiencing Covid-related delays in our review process.
We are thrilled to announce the CFC (call for comics) for Sequentials 2.2 special forum: "Environmental Humanities, Ecological Literacy." Submissions are due July 31, 2021. We're also always accepting submissions to our General Forum. More info on both at sequentialsjournal.net/submi…

A quick clarification: The special forum from issue #2.1 is licensed; the general forum may need permissions from the contributor. But we'd love to see versions of Sequentials articles in translation!
20 Feb 2021
The whole issue is Creative Commons licensed - if anyone wants to make translations they’re welcome to take the images and do that (and I’d be happy to work with translators as well)

Thanks very much for the shout-out! We'll be reviewing submissions for the next issue in the new year, so please keep us in mind as a venue for your or others' comics-as-scholarship work. We welcome single-creator and collaborative contributions.
Reading 'Comics-based research' by Kuttner, Weaver-Hightower and @Nsousanis (journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs…) and discovering about the existence of Sequentials Journal (sequentialsjournal.net) is the perfect present for my academic self 🎁🎓
