Dropped some bits that I don't use any more into @siopaella earlier. I don't believe in keeping stuff "for good" but the amount of good quality clothes & accessories I have that I never use any more is ridiculous so hopefully they'll sell 🤞

We have used @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp for both business and personal trips for over 10 years now and in fairness this is the first time we had such a horrific experience! We have documented every issue so we really hope they will do the right thing.

Hi there - unfortunately this happens hundreds of times a day on this platform and they almost never give refunds for it. You're better off disputing this with your credit card company as that will be much faster without all the headaches.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp this is the reply that we received - we have heard stories of guests being evicted during their stay with no notice hence why we waited to report.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp We had numerous safety issues including no electricity, plumbing and drainage and sewage issues - all of which were clearly documented during our stay. The house should not be listed on your platform and we need to escalate this to a Case Manager ASAP.
