পাঁচ বছর পরে এসে আবারও সব রকমের যানবাহনের জন্য বিমা বাধ্যতামূলক করা হচ্ছে। এবারে অবশ্য নিয়ম করা হচ্ছে, বিমা করা না থাকলে প্রতিটি যানবাহনের জন্য মালিককে তিন হাজার টাকা পর্যন্ত জরিমানা গুনতে হবে। আর আইন না মানলে তখন মামলা করবে পুলিশ।
