Europe’s future must be sustainable and competitive. Biosolutions hold the key to both. Yesterday in Copenhagen, we brought together Europe’s Ministers for Business and Industry, EU Executive Vice-President @steph_sejourne, and some of the leading biosolutions companies to experience a taste of what the industry can make possible. Biosolutions represent a true European strength on the global stage. Too often though, promising ideas are held back by slow approvals and outdated regulations. Europe cannot afford that. We need to create better conditions for these companies to grow and thrive here. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this important discussion and helped make it a memorable evening. And especially Alchemist and Spora Biotech for showcasing the potential of biosolutions in such a creative way.

Stor dag i dag @mikaelvalsted og jeg har arbejdet for det længe. Nu er vi her sammen med 100 biosolutions virksomheder i alle størrelser klar til at rykke. Vi har bjerge at bestige og mange opgaver foran os. Men så dejligt at kunne gøre det sammen som branche 💪🌱

EU er os selv. Og vi sakker bagud, trods alle forudsætninger for succes. Ex har vi stjerne dygtige forskere og virksomheder på biosolutions. Men vi skal have innovation, godkendelser og skalering i EU gevaldig op i gear. Ellers bliver det andre der scorer gevinsten #eudk #dkpol
