Introversion for me is like being a mobile phone. The battery depletes through normal use over the day but social interaction and constant noise is like screen-on time and the battery wears faster. Put me in a corner out of the way and I'll recharge, ready to go again! #introvert

YES!! I believe this is true for most people...we can be good engineers or good managers, or even both. But not at the same time.

What I am realizing now is that I can do both, but not simultaneously! I need a very different frame of mind to operate as an engineer or manager. Is it a common thing?
