As far as I'm aware, the skatepark has had no impact on the operation of the motorway in the Kingston area. Amey also has a duty to mitigate the adverse impact of the M8 on Glasgow's built environment in accordance with the recent motions passed by the city's MSPs and Councillors

The council is supporting Baby Loss Awareness Week (Oct 9-15) by creating a temporary space in which bereaved families can hang blue and pink memorial ribbons. Ribbons are now available outside council HQ in Hamilton.
